Each day will consist of cross-training classes in ballet, modern, Gyrokinesis, Floor Barre, cardio, and body-weight conditioning. Three times a week there will be 15-minute lectures on anatomy and principles of injury prevention. As a bonus, once a week there will be a surprise performing arts special guest.
What makes DRC unique?
The DRC is unlike any other program. We have designed a conditioning program rooted in evidence and sports science. Our aim is to make sure participants are systematically progressed each week to diminish risk for injury and to improve dance technique and readiness. All classes will be held live which will enable us to make immediate technique corrections and suggest variations that are right for each participant.
